“Annie is wonderful. I had a pretty short turn around time of 3 months to find a place and move in; I did not have high hopes do to online research telling me to expect a minimum of 3 months when searching for a home. Annie worked hard to help me find a place within that time span and we were able to get it done in about a month and a half total!
I had a wide range of homes I was looking at from Kent to Everett, des monies to Issaquah- she never once complained about the drive to & from or my odd hours of availability, having to take care of my dog, and driving limitations (she even gave me a ride when I needed and allowed me to bring the dog in her car!).
There were certain aspects of the home set up that I was in love with that Annie helped me make sure were included and/or helped me negotiate for them.
As a first time home buyer it was great having someone who had no problem answering my questions and breaking it down further when I didn’t understand something. Also, even now when I have questions Annie still replies to my texts, calls, and e-mails promptly.
